    • Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 7 PM CST

    • Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM CST

  • Yes, we offer introductory wellness consultations to better understand our clients' health goals, concerns, and current strategies for optimizing recovery and wellness. These consultations include a review of intake paperwork, a tour of our facility, and a complimentary session of one of our base modalities. After the consultation and free treatment session, one of our wellness technicians will discuss a tailored recovery regimen and recommend a membership plan if appropriate.

  • Yes, you can book all of our services online through our website. Simply visit our Book Now tab, select your desired service, and choose a convenient time slot.

    We are also happy to help you book your appointment by phone if you have specific questions about availability.

  • Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you call us at least 24 hours in advance. This policy helps us maintain the high-quality experience our clients expect and ensures we can effectively manage our availability. We understand that emergencies happen; however, if an appointment is not canceled, a no-show fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file.

  • If you find yourself running late, we provide a 5-minute grace period for your convenience. However, we strongly recommend calling ahead to inform us of your delay. Our staff will then check if we can adjust your appointment time or reschedule it to another day, based on availability. This allows us to maintain a respectful and seamless schedule for all our clients.

  • Yes, all of our wellness technicians and health coaches are highly qualified and certified in their respective fields to ensure you receive the best care and guidance.

  • Absolutely! Our experts specialize in creating personalized plans tailored to your specific health and wellness goals. By scheduling a consultation, our wellness technicians will develop a customized regimen that aligns with a MATTR membership, ensuring your plan is designed for consistent and optimal results. Our plans help guide and maximize your membership, making sure you get the most out of your wellness journey.
